We provide opportunities for our employees to gain further certified training, where they learn and are assessed at work, they can choose a qualification that suits them -from short Awards to in-depth Diplomas. There are options for all levels of skills –where if they have just started working as a cleaner, you might take a Level 1 or 2 cleaning qualification, while a experienced supervisors can go straight to Level 3. Easy Clean positively encourages our employees to complete these courses.
